Ability Aid provides transport assistance for eligible TAC clients across Melbourne, subject to the client's approved support arrangements.
Transport-related support may help clients access appropriate destinations such as treatment appointments, rehabilitation services or approved community activities.
We aim to make travel safe, respectful and reliable while supporting clients to maintain as much independence as possible.
The exact type and level of assistance will depend on the client's individual circumstances and TAC arrangements.
